What is PLATTER UP? 

We offer beautifully filled appetizer platters in hassle free boxes ready to serve. Our boxes come in 3 sizes and are filled with a variety of charcuterie, cheeses, chocolates, fruits and more. Every box is uniquely made with fresh in season ingredients served in eco-friendly recyclable boxes (even the cutlery!) Not one box is like another and that’s just how we like it.

What suburbs do you deliver to? 

Currently we are servicing the Greater Toronto Area.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

How do you keep your platters fresh during delivery? 

All platters are created fresh daily and kept chilled throughout the delivery process.

All food should be consumed within 1 hour of delivery if left unrefrigerated or within 3 hours of delivery if refrigerated, after which PLATTER UP will not be accountable for the quality of food. We do not recommend consumption after 24 hours.

What time will my order be delivered? 

All orders require a minimum of 24 hours notice due to our freshly prepared ingredients. For next day delivery, orders must be placed no later than 5pm the previous day.

Can I request a specific time for delivery? 

Absolutely, all our platters are hand delivered at during a 3 hour time window of your choice.

Do you deliver on weekends? 

We deliver platters 7 days a week as long as orders are placed with a minimum of 24 hours notice.

What happens if the recipient isn’t home when the delivery occurs?

For obvious reasons, we will not leave a platter unattended (humans aren’t the only ones who love cheese!). We will contact your special recipient at the time of delivery and see whether delivery is possible (this is why we ask for your gift recipient’s contact details during the check out process).

If delivery is not possible, we will take the order back to our Platter Box Office and a re-delivery fee of $15.00 will be incurred.

Can you deliver to apartment/unit complexes? 

We sure do! Please clearly note the unit number when providing delivery details – the more information you can give us, the better!

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

While we accommodate most dietary restrictions, our platters are not prepared in an allergen-free environment. Anyone with a food allergy should refrain from consuming our products.

Do you offer large platter catering services? 

We offer Corporate packages – please contact us for a quote

Do you offer refunds? 

We unfortunately do not offer refunds.
